Latest information on Coronavirus

Latest update: June 10th, 2020

The Dutch goverment has decided that from the 15th of June all communal toilets, washrooms en showers are allowed to open again. Of course we take appropriate measures to ensure that sufficient distance can be kept in these facilities and we ensure good hygiene.

Opening up

De Koeksebelt Campsite is currently open for accommodations with private shower and toilet, campsites with private sanitary facilities, and regular campsites if you are self-sufficient.

On June 15th 2020 all plots and accommodations will be open at De Koeksebelt Campsite.

The following facilities are currently open:

  • The waste disposal sites for the chemical toilet
  • Hot water available on the outside of each sanitary building
  • Catering facilities: pick-up service for snacks and ice cream
  • Camp shop: we deliver sandwiches and newspapers to order

Swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool is open right now. The shared sanitary facilities at the swimming pool will remain closed until June 15th 2020. We also follow the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) guidelines when using the swimming pool.

Shared facilities
On June 15th, 2020, all shared sanitary facilities will open on the campsite.

We ensure like you are used to, good hygiene on our campsite. Naturally, we follow developments closely and follow the advice of the Dutch government, the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and Hiswa/Recron. Think about this:

  • Extra hygienic conditions for employees

  • If you already have symptoms of illness, you must stay at home or if one of the people show symptoms of illness during the stay, the whole group must leave the campsite.

  • Avoid contact with other guests and/or employees as much as possible.

  • Questions should preferably be asked by email.

  • Please only have 1 person check-in and not with the whole family, please keep sufficient distance from our employees.

  • We prefer debit card payments.

  • Welcoming guests that are not part of your household is not allowed.

We trust that, by taking these measures together with you, we will still be able to offer you an enjoyable vacation.
